RUSSELL STEWART

I'm a PhD student at the Stanford AI Lab working with Stefano Ermon. My research focuses on supervising neural networks without labels. Previously, I worked as a software engineer at Microsoft on the Kinect and as a research advisor for Metamind and Mathpix. I enjoy developing open source projects, and working with haskell, c++, and python.

I also keep a blog on some of my open questions in AI design, and for those interested in our group's research, I'd recommend the following papers:
Label-free supervision of neural networks with physics and domain knowledge
End-To-End People Detection in Crowded Scenes
